The promise

We promise you three things. And we stand behind all three.

You can hold us to it in writing before you pay anything.

  • You're never on your own.

Whoever quotes your trip is the same person who sees you through it. Same person, same phone, same email, from the first question to the last transfer.

  • No fighting with search engines.

You tell us who's traveling with you and how you want to feel. We compare flights, hotels and schedules, and you get two or three ready-made routes to choose from.

  • No fine print.

Every proposal lists what's included and what isn't, on the same page and in the same size type. If something is quoted separately, it says so.

The collection

The routes we're running right now.

Each one with the detail you need to know if it's for you. And if the one you're after isn't here, we'll build it with you.

Your first call

Valentina Figueroa

Sales Executive

Family and group travel · Chile and South America

I'm the first person you'll talk to. I ask the uncomfortable questions — your real budget, who you're traveling with, what you don't want to repeat — so the proposal you get looks like you, not like a catalog.

Once you've paid, the trip is in my hands. I check every booking, every schedule and every transfer, and I'm the number you call if something changes while you're away.

I founded Vibexplora because I got tired of travel meaning a fight with a search engine. If something goes wrong and you can't find a solution, my phone is here too.

Before, during and after

The trip doesn't end when you pay.

Most agencies measure their job up to the booking confirmation. We measure it until you're home and tell us how it went.

  1. 01

    The conversation

A call or a WhatsApp message. Who you're traveling with, how many days you have, what your real budget is and how you'd like to feel when you get back.

  2. 02

    The proposal

Two or three routes, written out, with flights, hotels and activities. The same page states what's included and what isn't. No commitment.

  3. 03

    The booking

We adjust whatever you want to change, confirm with every supplier, and send you the vouchers and final itinerary.

This is where most agencies say goodbye.
  1. 04

    While you're away

A flight gets delayed, a hotel makes a mistake, the weather changes the plan. You have Operations' direct number, and on the other end is someone who already knows your booking.

  2. 05

    When you're back

We call you. If something went wrong, we take it up with the supplier ourselves. And we keep what we learned about you so your next trip doesn't start from scratch.
